Littlest Pet Shop is a Hasbro-owned toy brand that was incredibly popular is the 2000s and early 2010s. The toy line consists of little collectible bobble head animals, and currently several thousand different variations of pets have been produced. While early versions of the toys focused mainly on animals that could be owned as pets, later releases would inlude a diverse array of wild and exotic animals including bugs, sea creatures, bears, deer, wild cats, elephants, aligators, and many more.
LPS toys were released in generations and are still being produced today thanks to Basic Fun's gen 7 release. Generation 2 is arguably the most iconic recognizable generation and gen 7 serves as a revival of the gen 2 style.
I've been collecting LPS since 2007, with my first pets being husky #358 and chimpanzee #359. I only really collected pets from generations 1, 2, and 3, and I am currently collecting the gen 7 pets. I have over 500 pets in my collection and it's constantly growing!
Here are several notable pets from my collection!
